Welcome to June’s NICE news! As we come towards the end of the school year we are looking back at our achievements in services, with a special thank you to some of our recent funders. You will be gaining an insight into how one of our newest members of staff, Leah, has settled into NICE with her blog post. We will also be looking towards the future with upcoming opportunities from our training team. Do you know anyone that is looking to do a degree? We are looking for future Conductors, with places to train available on our degree course this year!

Last week we raised awareness of Parkinson’s through social media for #ParkinsonsAwarenessWeek. Four of our wonderful Parkinson’s Programme participants filmed very honest interviews with our CEO, Mel. They spoke about how they came to be diagnosed with the condition, and the impact it has had on their lives. Be sure to visit our YouTube channel to watch these interviews and learn more about the condition, and how participants find Conductive Education as a therapy for it.
