Birmingham’s Walk for Inclusion

This year NICE is joining together with 7 other Birmingham based charities for the BIGGEST Wheel n Walk event yet! The Wheel n Walk will be taking place in Cannon Hill Park on 25 June 2023, we would love for you to come along to raise awareness about movement-based disorders and help raise funds for NICE.

We encourage you all to come along with your family and friends and join in, on bikes, in wheelchairs, on scooters, running or walking. However you decide to take part, and no matter the amount of laps you complete, we would love to see you there!

Sunday 25th June – 11:00 AM The Bandstand

On the day we will meet up at 10:45 AM at the Bandstand located in Cannon Hill Park. We will take part in a warm-up routine hosted by Freewheelin’ wheelchair dance troop to get us ready for the walk! Wonderful cheer point volunteers will cheer us on as we walk, wheel or run 2K laps around the fully accessible route in Cannon Hill Park. The theme this year is Hawaiian beach, the person in the best fancy-dress outfit will receive a prize!

Each participant will receive a medal, a certificate, and refreshments for taking part in the Wheel n Walk.
